About Us

Aspire Booking’s goal is to connect artists to opportunities.  Started as simply a booking management company for artists whose demand was already high or growing (phones ringing!), we morphed into seeking out performance opportunities for emerging and indie artists who were not “gigging” as much as they’d like.  

After several years of booking, we were asked to manage our first artist, local Chicago comedian Travele Judon.  Within one year of management, we secured several high profile gigs including hosting Jonathan McReynolds’ 2019 “Make More Room Tour”, which did 22 cities in less than a month.  The tour was highly successful, selling out each date.  This success put the artist on Kirk Franklin’s radar and led to hosting his “Long Live Love Tour”, later that same year and between the two major tours, we landed hosting gigs at the Black Women’s Expo and The Stellar Awards Red Carpet for Art Soul Radio. 

In early 2020, the pandemic slowed all performances to a halt.  We spent much of that year rethinking how we book artists and made the decision to add management as an official function of our company.  Signing our latest management client, Trenton Baker in 2021, we are excited to recapture our pre-pandemic momentum with this exciting new artist who we have already booked as a worship leader at several churches, musical theatre performances, and two virtual concerts which have led to Trenton being asked to open for Christian artist Jason Crabb in Fall of 2021.  

Our clients have been involved in some of Music’s most exciting events, both large and small including Latice Crawford’s critically-acclaimed performance at 2017’s Black Music Honors and her star turn in Regina Taylor’s “Crowns”, which ran for four weeks at East Coast theatre staples The Long Wharf and McCarter Theatres.  

In 2017, in collaboration with Last Trump Productions, Aspire Booking produced the WAR Tour featuring Shanta Atkins, Tiff Joy, Joshua Rogers, Gabriel Day and Britney Delagraentiss travelling to six cities which included Cleveland and Chicago.  Kicking off the tour in Columbus, Ohio was our guest host, Jonathan McReynolds.  

Our 2020 virtual concert “Better Together”, which put Trenton Baker on the radar of some top promoters, also featured actor and singer Khalil Everage, star of Netflix’s “Beats” and “Cobra Kai”.  In collaboration with Visions TV Online UK, we have produced two virtual concerts “Worship Together” featuring artists from both the U.S. and the UK.  This relationship has led to additional opportunities, including providing scriptwriting services for the 1^st Annual TMMP Awards airing in the United Kingdom in August 2021 for which we also sponsored the award for Best International Female Artist.
